Halia is in private testing and not yet publicly available. These are draft terms.
We aim to set out the basis on which you can use Halia. This draft will be reviewed by a qualified solicitor before public launch.
1. Provider
Halia is provided by Ardela Labs Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number [COMPANY NUMBER]).
2. What Halia is and is not
- Halia is a wellness companion, not a medical device.
- Halia does not provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, or recommend treatments, medication doses, or clinical interventions of any kind.
- Halia is not a substitute for your diabetes care team, GP, or any clinical professional.
- For any clinical question, contact your healthcare provider.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and have a confirmed Type 1 Diabetes diagnosis. By registering, you confirm both.
4. Acceptable use
Halia is for personal wellness use only. It is not for clinical decision-making, and not for use on behalf of another person without their consent.
5. Health data
By using Halia, you consent to health data processing as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent and request deletion at any time.
6. Limitation of liability
Ardela Labs Ltd accepts no liability for any clinical outcomes. All clinical decisions remain with you and your care team.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
8. Changes
We will notify you of material changes via WhatsApp before they take effect.
